Year 4 Billy Cart Incursion

In week 7, students in Year 4 participated in a billy cart incursion. They enjoyed using tools and hardware in the workshop to create their own vehicles and simple machines. Students had the opportunity to jump on the billy carts and they all enjoyed their rides.

Sebat: I enjoyed the billy cart ride because you can control the direction you want to go.

Hafsa: My favourite workshop was building the billy cart because it was a team work.

Faris: I enjoyed building the billy cart because we competed with the girls.

Hayder: I enjoyed the billy cart ride because I was racing with my friends.

Ahyan: I enjoyed building the billy cart because it was a team work.

Year 5 English

This year has flown by so quickly! Students have worked extremely well during their English classes.

This term students wrote many different poems and explored the use of figurative language throughout different texts.

Students have worked well throughout the entire year and have shown enthusiasm, appreciation and love for their learning.

I wish parents and students a happy and safe holiday!

I would also like to wish Year 5 students all the best for their final year of Primary school next year!

Kind regards,
Ms Mirela Hot
